Hiring is everything.  A wrong hire can be expensive and hard to correct if it ever is correctable.

Unfortunately hiring managers are still asking questions like "Tell me about your-self?" and "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" and basing their hiring decisions on a hunch

It is for this reason that HR and Business managers need to be careful in the interview process. This is not easy when candidates are putting their best foot forward and go to great lengths including overplaying their previous roles to win the much coveted job. This is why a lot of hires end up with firing and resignations.

Through our 1-day interactive and experiential workshop, the participants will learn how to prepare for a screening task, ask the right questions, probe candidates for the competencies they are looking for and evaluate interviews more objectively.

With a 30-day post training mentoring support, the program also includes introduction to competency profiling, corporate branding, candidate assessment methodologies and a lot of skill practice to ensure that participants can replicate them in the workplace.
